摘要
人的身心和谐发展是指人在德、智、体、美、心理等方面以及身心各项机能获得全面、协调、充分和自由发展。理想的学校教育是培养身心和谐发展的人。因此,在教育活动中,只有为学生营造自由探究的时空,让学生在自由的精神世界中、在丰富多彩的现实生活中实践,身心得到全方位的锻炼,才能提高各方面素质,获得全面发展。社会实践以学生的自主性活动为中心,以现实生活为基础,以实现人的身心和谐发展为目标,是推行素质教育的基本途径。
The school education is to cultivate the ideal harmonious development.The harmonious development of man and man is in morality,intelligence and physique,psychological and physical function of the full,coordination,free and independent development.Therefore,in the education activity,must create for students in the spirit of liberty,freedom world where environmental space to explore,causes the student to be fully exercise,can promote the all-round development of man.Social practice of paying attention to students' autonomous activities,for the center,in order to realize the comprehensive and physical person,coordination and free development is the goal,it is a kind of promoting the harmonious development of human body and mind.
