大学生就业信心状况调查与对策分析

Investigation and Countermeasures on Employment Confidence of College Students

近年来我国大学生就业的严峻性有目共睹,社会家庭和学校都予以高度的重视和关注。但是面对当前形势,作为就业主体的大学生对此又有何看法?他们的就业信心如何?怎样才能提高他们的就业信心?这些都是非常值得关注和研究的问题。笔者运用大学生就业信心指数多角度来分析大学生就业问题,通过影响大学生就业信心的相关因素建立数据模型,构建大学生的"就业信心指数",分析和预警大学生的就业前景,并针对调查结果提出问题和对策。

In recent years,we obviously have felt and witnessed the increasingly fierce employment situation which has been attached much importance by our society,families,and universities and colleges.On the other hand,confronting with such a situation,due attention should be paid to those problems such as the college students＇ opinion to the current employment situation,their employment prospect and confidence and so on,which worth care and research.The paper tries to analyze their employment from the employment confidence index,to build the data model according to the related factors and set up the college students＇ ＂Employment Confidence Index＂,and to analyze and predict the employment prospect in order to guide and regulate their employment choice.
