On Current Development Situation and Countermeasures of Modern Food Logistics in China

分析了我国发展现代食品物流的重要性,指出了我国食品物流发展中食品物流成本高服务水平低、硬件和软件设备落后、缺乏食品物流质量监控保障体系等问题,提出了制定和执行政府食品物流政策法规、加紧培养食品物流人才和采用供应链管理方法的对策来发展我国现代食品物流的建议。

The article analyzed the importance of developing modern food logistics in China and pointed out some problems,such as high cost and low service,backward hardware and software equipment,and deficient quality monitoring safeguard system in food logistics.It also proposed the suggestions on policies and regulations formulating and executing in government food logistics,cultivating logistics talents and applying the countermeasures of supply chain management to develop modern food logistics in China.
