摘要
从山东省物流业发展的大环境出发,对目前山东省物流人才市场的供给与需求状况、物流人才开发存在的各种问题等进行分析,找出相关根源,从理论到实践,着重研究并提出了山东省物流人才开发战略的各种对策。
