在对黑龙江邮政物流业务环境分析的基础上,针对黑龙江邮政物流顾客满意度评价问题,通过运用数量统计和运筹学方法,定量和定性的分析,对顾客满意度做出客观、公正和准确的综合评判,其对提高黑龙江邮政物流的核心竞争力和实施可持续发展战略具有十分重要的现实意义。
Based on the analysis of the business environment of Heilongjiang post logistics,for the evaluation of customer satisfaction degree,we make objective,fair and accurate judge through the use of number of statistics and operations research methods and quantitative and qualitative analysis.It is of great practical significance to improve Heilongjiang post logistics core competitiveness and sustainable development strategy.
