试析乌兰夫发展工业的战略思想

Ulanhu's Strategic Thought about Industrial Development

集中力量支援和保证国家重点工业建设,积极发展地方工业,大力发展森林工业,是乌兰夫依据当时内蒙古区情确定的内蒙古工业发展的战略思路。在这一思路下推进工业建设的过程中,乌兰夫着重强调了三点:第一,国家利益为先,地方经济建设要支援和支持国家整体经济建设;第二,要从自身特点出发,发展优势、特色工业;第三,经济建设中要正确处理好民族关系,努力构建和谐民族地区。

To concentrate on supporting and guaranteeing key national industry construction,to develop local and forest industry actively is Ulanhu＇s strategic thought for the industrial development of Inner Mongolia according to the situation at the time.In the process,he especially emphasized the following three points：first,national interests should be given priority and local economic construction should support and assist overall national economic construction;second,it is necessary to develop dominating and feature industries according to our own situations;third,it is important to deal with national relationships appropriately in economic construction and to construct harmonious minority regions.
