The Textual Space of Cross-Cultural Exchange

借用拉康的镜像阶段理论,分析了目前中国法律史研究者面临着研究深度和广度的一些困惑。西方学者研究中国传统法律文化的视角和成果,正可以成为中国学者研究中国法律史的镜子,在阅读中与西方学者交流,形成新的镜像,突破常识局限展开新的思考。本书所收录的文章,体现了主编关注法律与资源的研究方法,着意于开拓新的研究视角和方法的深意。

This article uses Lacan＇s Mirror Stage Theory to analyze the depth and range of the complexities facing scholars of Chinese legal history.The viewpoints and achievements of Recent International Scholarship on Traditional Chinese Law 1644-1911 can serve as a mirror for Chinese scholars of legal history in which they can read the Chinese and Western exchanges,form a new mirror image,break through the limits of commonly held views and open up a new understanding of traditional Chinese.All the articles contained in this volume reflect the editor＇s intentions to stimulate interest in legal resources and research methods,and to develop new research agenda,and meaningful methodologies.
