高频电波刀干扰素栓联合治疗宫颈持续性高危型HPV感染 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨宫颈持续性高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的有效处理方法。方法:将169例宫颈持续性感染高危型HPV患者进行随机分组治疗:单纯高频电波刀治疗组(A组)、单纯α-干扰素栓治疗组(B组)及两者联合的治疗组(C组),观察3组患者治疗后高危型HPV转阴率、宫颈病变消退情况、宫颈创面愈合情况及治疗前后宫颈液基细胞学的变化。结果:单纯高频电波刀治疗组及其联合干扰素栓治疗组治疗后高危型HPV转阴率、宫颈病变治愈率明显高于单纯干扰素栓治疗组,且两组术后宫颈创面愈合满意率为98.1%~100.0%,3组治疗后宫颈液基细胞学结果均较治疗前有明显改善。结论:高频电波刀联合干扰素栓在治疗宫颈持续性高危型HPV感染和宫颈病变方面有着显著的疗效,在有效地切除或破坏了宫颈病变的同时,又抑制HPV的复制及感染的扩散,从而降低C IN的发病率,达到预防宫颈癌的目的,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective:To explore the effective therapy of cervical persistent high risk human papillomavirus(HPV) infection.Methods:169 cases with cervical persistent high risk HPV infection were divided into three groups randomly: the cases in group A were treated with simple loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP),the cases in group B were treated with simple α-interferon suppository,the cases in group C were treated with LEEP combined with interferon suppository.The negative conversion rate of high risk HPV,the fadeaway of cervical lesions,the healing of cervical wound after treatment and the changes of cervical liquid-based cytology before and after treatment in the three groups were observed.Results:The negative conversion rates of high risk HPV and curative rates of cervical lesions in group A and group C were significantly higher than those in group B,the satisfactory rates of cervical wound healing in group A and group C were 98.1%~100.0%,the results of cervical liquid-based cytology in the three groups after treatment were better than those before treatment.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of LEEP combined with interferon suppository is significant in treatment of cervical persistent high risk HPV infection and cervical lesions;the method can remove or destroy the cervical lesions effectively,inhibit HPV replication and spread of HPV infection,lead to the decrease of CIN incidence,and achieve the purpose of preventing and treating cervical cancer with a high clinical application value.
