摘要
电梯维保服务水平的提升，不仅需要科学管理，还需要电梯技术和信息技术的支持；介绍了上海三菱电梯有限公司开发的基于3G的电梯远程服务系统．将这三者紧密集成．大大提高了电梯维保服务的质量和效率。
In order to improve the elevator maintenance service, we need not only the scientific management, but also the support of elevator technology and information technology. A 3G based elevator remote service system developed by Shanghai Mitsubish Elevator Co..Ltd is depicted in this article, which integrates all the three factors and can improve the maintenance service quality and efficiency drastically.
