摘要 进入新世纪以来,随着能源短缺、环境恶化问题的日益严峻,现代工业生产必须符合节能降耗的原则.电力、冶金、石化等工业领域的装备均呈现出高参数(高温、高压)、大型化、高风险的发展态势,对机械装置的寿命可靠性提出了新挑战。
