TMR物理有效中性洗涤纤维对奶牛瘤胃发酵参数的影响 被引量:9

摘要 试验选择3头体况良好的荷斯坦奶牛,安装永久性瘤胃瘘管,采用3×3拉丁方设计,通过饲喂由不同玉米青贮颗粒大小组成的高(H)、中(M)、低(L)物理有效中性洗涤纤维(peNDF)水平的全混合日粮(TMR),研究其对奶牛瘤胃发酵参数的影响。结果表明:随日粮peNDF水平的提高,奶牛瘤胃pH值升高、NH3-N浓度增大,L、M两组均与H组差异显著(P<0.05);乙酸浓度升高,L与H组间差异显著(P<0.05),丙酸及丁酸浓度下降(P<0.05),乙丙比例增大,各组之间差异显著(P<0.05)。总挥发性脂肪酸产量减少,但各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:TMR中peNDF水平对奶牛瘤胃发酵参数有显著影响。
