摘要
为了评价氟氯西林胶囊剂的临床疗效和安全性，以氟氯西林治疗轻、中度敏感菌感染患者１０００例，每次用药２５０ｍ ｇ 或５００ｍ ｇ，疗程５ 天。结果总的痊愈率为４８．２％ ，有效率为８７．９％ 。不良反应发生率为２．５％ ，主要表现为胃肠道症状，其次为皮疹，无１例发生过敏性休克。说明氟氯西林胶囊剂治疗敏感菌引起的感染性疾病疗效确切，且不作皮试服用是安全可靠的。但对青霉素过敏或为过敏性体质的患者，应忌用或在医生监护下服用。
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of flucloxacillin capsule, 1000 patients were treated with flucloxacillin 0.25~0.5 po. tid. for 5d. The results showed that the cure rate was 48.2%, the effective rate was 87.9%. The adverse reaction rate was 2.5%, most of them were stomach symtoms rash and, no allergic shock was observed. It could be concluded that flucloxacillin capsule is an effective antibacterial agent for the treatment of bacterial infections caused by sensitive pathogens, and is safe with out skin test. But the patients who are allergic to penicillin should be carefully monitored take it.
