Market economy is contract economy.The main way to realize the corporate social responsibility management is the contract management,in which text contract and psychological contract are contained.Psychological contract is beneficial and play an important role in enterprise performance.Corporate social responsibility management is comprehensive,concerning stockholders,creditors,employees,customers,the government and the environments.At the same time,corporate social responsibility management is all round,including economic responsibility,legal responsibility and moral responsibility.So we should implement comprehensive and all round corporate social responsibility management.
