高效液相色谱法测定补肾益脑胶囊中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量

Determination of Psoralen and isopsoralen angelicin in Bushen Yinao capsules by HPLC

用高效农相色谱法测定补肾益脑胶囊中科骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量，以控制该制剂的质量。方法：用十八烷基健合硅胶柱分离科骨脂素和异补骨脂素，以甲醇-水（45:55）为流动相，检测波长245nm。结果：补膏脂素和异补膏脂素峰与其它组分峰的分高度为1．2，理论塔板数以补膏脂素和异科骨脂素峰计算均为4700；线性范围：补膏脂素0．022～0.176μg，异补骨脂素0．0204～0．163μg。补膏脂素平均回收率101．0％，RSD＝2.44％（n=6），异补膏脂素平均回收率101.4％，RSD=2．73％（n=6）。结论：本法简便、快速，适用于该产品质量分析检验。

To control the quality of Bushen Yinao capsules, the contents of psoralen and isopsoralen angelicin in thecapsules were determined by HPLC. METHODS: Psoralen and isopsoralen angelicin were separated on spherisorb C18 column and de-tected at 245 nm, using methanol-water(45: 55) as mobile phase. RESULTS: The redution betwee psoralen and iapeden anglicinwas 1. 2. The number of tharetical plates calculaled for mplen and isoperalen angelicin Peak was 4700. The standard curves forpsorale and isopsoralen angelicin were linear in the rdnge of 0.0220-0. 716 Pg and 0.0204-0.163 ug. The avemp eneries ofnden and isonden angelicin were 101. 0% (RSD = 2. 44 % ) and 101. 4 % (RSD = 2. 73 % ). CONCLUSION: The methed isdsimple and fast,and can be used for quaIity analysis of Bushen vinao capsules.
