摘要
为满足临床需要,改变传统剂型。方法:对常用水溶性基质进行筛选,运用正交试验法优选基质最佳配方。采用消化后氧化-还原滴定的方法测定软膏中雄黄的含量。结果:选用甲基纤维素和丙二醇为软膏基质。制备工艺可行,制剂稳定,无刺激性。质量控制方法可靠,平均回收率为9904%,RSIJ为0.34%。结论:该制剂可用于临床。
OBJECTIVE: To satisfy the needs of clinical therapy, and improve the traditional prepartion. METHODS: Optimizatematrix composition with orthogonal design test from the popular water-soluable matrix Xionghuang in Linshen ointment was deter-mined by oxidation-reduction titration after digestion. RESULTS: Liushea Ointment was prepared with MG450 and Propylenegycol.The prepartion technique was practicable, it is stable and has no irritation. The method of content determination was reiable. Theaverage recovery is 99.04 % with RSD 0. 34 %. CONCLUSION: It may be used in clinic.
