浅谈期刊编辑在编辑出版活动中如何贯彻实践《著作权法》

Concerning Editors in Editorial and Publishing Activities of how to Implement and Practice the "Copyright Law"

编辑工作是整个出版工作的中心环节,但是一些期刊编辑人员由于对《著作权法》的法律法规意识比较淡薄,从而造成在实际工作中存在一些违法侵权问题。本文指出了期刊编辑在工作中违背法规的症结,分析了一些不良做法的原因,讨论了编辑恪守《著作权法》的意义,并提出了贯彻实施《著作权法》的一些措施。

In the whole publishing work,the editing work is the central link,but some editing staffs are short of the consciousness about the ＂Copyright Law＂ and regulations,thereby causing some illegal infringement question in the practical work.The paper points out the sticking point of violation regulations in editing work,simply analyses the reason of some bad practices,discuss the significance of the edit abide the ＂Copyright Law＂,and puts forward some measures about carry out and implement ＂Copyright Law＂.
