摘要 研究了接地极雾化电晕放电的放电机理和荷电机理,说明了当电压一定的情况下,放电电流随流量的变化存在一个最大值,原因可能是影响泰勒锥形成的2个因素随流量的变化向2个相反的方向变化,即流量对线电极的覆盖程度影响泰勒锥数量,而线电极曲率半径影响泰勒锥的形成。另外,分析了流量对荷电效率的影响,通过实验和相关计算总结出了接地极雾化电晕放电荷电器荷电能力提高的原因只与极间负离子浓度有关,而与带电液滴无关。 The discharging and charging mechanism of gas fume purification of earthed atomizing corona discharge was studied.It shows that there is a maximum of discharge current with the change of water flux under a fixed voltage.The experiments and related calculations indicate that the two factors influencing the form of Taylor Cone are changed to the two opposite directions with the change of water flux,that is,the covering extent of water flux on wire electrode influences the number of Taylor Cone,and the curvature radius of the wire electrode influences the form of Taylor Cone.In addition,the influence of water flux on charging efficiency was analyzed.The experiments and related calculations show that the reason for the increase of charging ability of earthed atomizing corona discharging charger is only related to the concentration of negative ion between the electrodes of chargers,but has nothing to do with charged droplets.
