间苯二甲酸结晶动力学研究及工业应用

摘要 利用工业结晶器对间苯二甲酸结晶动力学模型进行了研究,用工业试验数据对模型中的参数进行了拟合,推导出了间苯二甲酸结晶的成核速率和生长速率的动力学表达式。结果表明,计算值与试验值符合较好。在此基础上,将模拟结果应用于间苯二甲酸装置扩产改造中的结晶器设计,实测结果表明:产品粒度较装置改造前明显增大,粒度分布更加合理,模拟计算结果应用于装置扩产改造获得了成功。 The crystallization kinetics of isophthalic acid model was studied by using industrial crystallizer.The model parameters were fitted with industrial test data,and the kinetic expression of crystal nucleation rate and growth rate for isophthalic acid crystallization was derived.The results show that the calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental values.On this basis,the simulation results were used in the crystallizer design of revamping and expansion of isophthalic acid plant.The result reveals that the particle size increases significantly compared with that before revamping,and the particle size distribution is more reasonable.The simulation results applied to expanding retrofit installations are successful.
