住宅地产的项目管理既有一般项目管理的普遍性,同时具有极强的特殊性并且管理的侧重点亦不同。力图通过实际案例来重点剖析住宅地产项目管理的特性,作为多年项目管理的经验总结,同时也期望对同行具有一定的借鉴作用。

The project management of housing estate is characteristic of its own distinctiveness as well as the universality of general project management. Its emphasis of management is quite different. This paper is focused on the analysis of the characteristics of housing project management. As an experience summary of housing project management for quite many years, it is hoped to be helpful for the fellow managers.
