胃癌根治术后胃瘫综合征的临床分析

Clinical analysis on postoperative gastroparesis syndrome(PGS) after radical gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma

【目的】探讨胃癌根治术后胃瘫综合征的发生原因、诊断和治疗。【方法】对2007-2010年胃癌根治术后并发胃瘫综合征的29例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析其临床表现和诊治过程。【结果】29例患者进行胃肠减压,营养支持,维持水电解质代谢平衡治疗,并应用促进胃肠蠕动的药物及中西医结合治疗等非手术治疗后,均于1～5周内治愈。【结论】PGS的发生与多种因素有关,临床表现和胃肠道造影有利于本病的诊断,综合保守治疗一般均可治愈,应避免再次手术。

[ Objective ] To investigate the causes of postoperative gastroparesis syndrome（PGS） its diagnosis and treatment after radical gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma. [ Methods] The clinical data of 29 cases with PGS after radical gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma from 2007 to 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinic manifestation, process of diagnosis and treatment for PGS were analyzed. [Results] 29 patients relieved by gastrointestinal decompression, nutrition support, water-electrolyte metabolism balance, gastric peristalsis promoting drugs and combined integrated traditional chinese medicine and western medicien treament. Patients were cured within 1-5 weeks by these conservative treatment. [Conclusion] PGS is induced by multiple factors. Clinical manifestations and gastrointestinal radiography are useful for the diagnosis. And the patients can be cured by conservative treatment, through which the reoperation can be avoided.
