摘要双腔支气管导管（doble—lumenbronchialtube，DLT）已普遍应用于胸科手术。Robertshaw双腔管取消了隆突钩，便于插管操作。但导管难以定位，纤维支气管镜（纤支镜）能准确引导双腔管，但价格昂贵，无法普及。
