食物过敏与食物不耐受 被引量:6

摘要 人群中食物不良反应发生率约为20%。流行病学研究显示,0.5%~3.8%的儿童和0.1%~1%的成人有食物过敏问题[1]。由于临床表现难以区分,人们误将各种原因引起的食物不良反应均归咎于食物过敏,人群自我报告的患病率明显高于真实患病率。本文就当前如何鉴别食物过敏和食物不耐受及治疗与预防作如下综述。
