精浆中γ-GT和镁水平与精液质量参数的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨精浆中γ-GT和镁水平与精子质量的关系。方法收集144例男性精液标本,按WHO标准对所有精液进行分析,随机分为4组:正常生育男性(36例),少精子症(36例),弱精子症(36例)和无精子症(36例)。测定其精浆中γ-GT和镁水平。结果少精子症组白细胞计数异常率为33.3%,与弱精子症组比较无显著性差异,但明显高于正常生育组和无精子症组。少精子症组与弱精子症组精子活率和精子正常形态百分率相似,但明显低于正常生育组(P<0.01)。少精子症组γ-GT和镁的平均水平明显低于其他组。精浆镁和γ-GT活性呈显著性正相关(r=0.57,P<0.01),精浆中镁和γ-GT活性与WBC浓度有关。结论白细胞与γ-GT和镁水平有关,提示前列腺功能紊乱最有可能因感染所致。测定γ-GT和镁水平对评估和治疗少精子症不育男性有一定作用。
