摘要
简单介绍了实体面材的使用性能、生产工艺。通过分析不同种类的基体树脂和无机填料,具体比较了不同原材料对最终产品性能的影响。通过有机溶剂萃取、红外光谱分析,鉴定了不同样品所使用的基体树脂的类型;在具体分析氢氧化铝受热脱水过程的基础上,利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)准确测定了该脱水过程的吸热量,进而测定了实体面材样品中氢氧化铝的含量;根据碳酸钙在高温下分解,定量生成二氧化碳,采用热重法(TGA)测定了样品中碳酸钙的含量。
The performance,producing process of solid surface were briefly introduced firstly.By the analysis of different kinds of matrix resins and inorganic fillers,the influence of different raw materials on the final properties of solid surface was specifically compared.Through the extraction of organic solvent and infrared spectroscopy analysis,the kinds of matrix resins used in different samples were identified;On the basis of analyzing the dehydration on heat of Al(OH)3,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) was emplyed to accurately determine the enthalpy of this process,and then the content of Al(OH)3 in the solid surfaces;According to the fact that CaCO3decomposes at high temperature and produces fixed quantity of CO2,thergravimetry analysis(TGA) was used to determine content of CaCO3.
