摘要
本文建立了一套与离心振动复合试验有重要关系的轻基础条件下的振动控制实验装置,进行了模型分析及实验研究,分析了系统的振动特性,结果表明,振动台激振时对离心机的影响不可忽视,必须在振动台和离心机臂之间采取隔振措施,并为系统的隔振设计提供了重要依据。
It is a very practical topic to study the installation of an electro-hydraulic shaker on the centrituge in the field of simulation of acceleration-vibration combined environment. The centrifuge and the electro-hydraulic shaker on it make up a complicated multi-body vibration system on light base. In the paper, experimental device of vibration control under the condition of light base is set up, which is of great relevane to the centrifugevibration combined environmental experiment. The analysis of the model and the experimental study are made. and the vibration character is studied. The result proves theeffect of the shaker on centrifuge can not be ignered, and the isolation measures should betaken between the shaker and the centrifuge arm. These provided the base of the design ofthe isolation of vibration.
