摘要
本文介绍了带环隙节流式静压轴承的伺服油缸的设计,并从结构特点、静态特性和动态特性三个方面对它同毛细管节流式和双层薄膜节流式静压轴承进行了对比研究,结果表明其能很好地满足系统要求。
This paper introduces the design of hydraulic servo cylinder with ring-gapflow-restricted hydrostatic bearing, and contrasts it with capillary flow-restricted hydrostaticbearing and double diaphragm flow-restricted hydrostatic bearing on structural, static anddynamic characteristics. And the results show that it can satisfy the needs greatly.
