摘要
弧面分度凸轮轮廓面为一空间不可展开螺旋面,传统的加工工艺很难满足其精度要求。本文利用专用数控铣床,配置高速气动磨头,对弧面分度凸轮轮廓面的数控磨削工艺进行了研究。
Since the profile of the globoidal indexing cam is a spiral surface, traditional machining technology couldn't meet it's accuracy demands. So in this paper, wehave studied the NC grinding technology of globoidal indexing cam's profile with NC millerand super-speed pneumatic bistrique.
