摘要
介绍一种基于微机的电阻焊测控系统 ,充分利用了微机技术 ,具有易于控制的特点 ,能满足后向反馈控制多波点焊的要求。这个测控系统利用了PC/XT总线技术 ,DMA传输方式以及RAM缓冲技术。由于数据的采集和转存均采用硬件 。
This paper introduces a kind of feedback control system of resistance welding,which is based on computer techniques.With modern industry developing,the sensitivity requirement for welding becomes more and more critical.The control system can meet the demands of backward multi wave spot welding.It mainly employs the PC/XT bus slot,DMA and RAM buffering techniques.
