摘要 根据某铜冶炼厂连续吹炼炉炉衬毁损的特点,通过残砖显微结构的观察和成份分析,判断该厂炉衬毁损的主要原因在于铜及其硫化物的渗透和强烈的机械冲击。 Based on study of the microstructure of the damaged bricks and analysis of their composition,we have got to the heart of the problem:the damage of the continuous-blowing furnace lining of the plant caused mainly by copper & sulfide osmosis and intensive mechanical impact, and put forward some measures to improve the furnace's structure and operation conditions.
