原生质体制备过程中各因素对酵母活力影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本实验以两株酵母菌为研究对象,通过正交设计,验证了原生质体制备过程中各因素对酵母细胞活力的影响.研究发现,在原生质体制备过程中渗透压稳定剂的种类、浓度对于原生质体的形成率和活力有着重要的影响.离子型的渗透压稳定剂如KCl可以提高细胞的形成率,而醇类稳定剂如山梨醇对于酶解后原生质体活力的保持有着较好的效果. The factors which impact the viability of yeast cells in protoplast generation have been determined by cross experiments on two yeast strains.We have come to the conclusion that the sort of osmotic stabilizer and the concentration of osmotic stabilizer have enormous implications on the viability of the yeast cells.Generally,osmotic stabilizers in ionic type improves the generation ratio of the protoplast,while the osmotic stabilizers in alcoholic type improves the viability of yeast cells.In the processes of protoplast generation,the factors should be controlled perfectly.
