摘要
以海南坡鹿外周血白细胞为材料,利用RT-PCR技术获得海南坡鹿髓样分化因子(myeloid differentia-tion factor 88,MYD88)基因完整的CDS序列,并对其进行了较系统的生物信息学分析。结果表明:该基因CDS区含有891 bp,编码296个氨基酸,该分子具有高度的进化保守性,编码蛋白无跨膜区,其二级结构中α螺旋占41.6%,β折叠占16.2%,无规则卷曲占42.2%。
RT- PCR was used to clone the full length of MYD88 eDNA of Hainan Eld's deer and the bioinformatic analysis was performed. The results showed that the MYD88 eDNA CDS was 891 bp length, encoding 246 amino acids; the protein encoded was highly homologous to that of some mammals reported; there is no transmembrane region; the a-helix, β-strands and random coil in it were 41.6%, 16.2% and 42.2 %, respectively.
