气管内留置吸痰管用于重症肺炎的探讨

Indwelling Endotracheal Tube for Suction of Severe Pneumonia

目的探讨气管内留置吸痰管在重症肺炎患者治疗中的临床疗效。方法将符合入选条件的51例患者,随机分为对照组23例和观察组28例,对照组按常规方法经口或经鼻插入吸痰管吸痰,观察组从鼻腔插入留置吸痰管固定在鼻翼上,按需吸痰。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗效果好,并发症发生少,死亡率低。两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论对重症肺炎患者,可以采用气管内留置吸痰管的方式吸痰,患者痛苦小,治疗效果好。

Objective To explore on the therapeutic effect of indewelling endotracheal suction tube on severe pneumonia.Methods Fifty one patients with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into control group（n=23） and observed group（n=28）.Suctioning for the control group according to conventional way to insert the sution tube through the mouth or nose;for the observe group,the sution tube was inserted from the nasal cavity and indwelling the sution tube and fixed onto the nose,suctioning on demand.The differences of therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the observed group had a better therapeutic effect and less complications,and the case-fatality rate was low.Conclusion Patients with severe pneumonia can suctioning on demand with the method of indwelling endtracheal suction tube.The patients will suffer less pain and the therapeutic effect is acceptable.
