摘要
目的探讨无创性肢体缺血后适应(RPOC)是否具有减轻大鼠心梗后再灌注时心肌损伤的作用。方法所有大鼠随机分为3组(每组15只):心肌缺血/再灌注损伤组(I/R)、再灌注前冠脉缺血后适应组(CPOC)和再灌注同时无创性肢体缺血后适应组(RPOC)。观察再灌注期间心电、心肌缺血范围(AAR)、心肌梗死范围(IA)、梗死范围与缺血范围的比值(IA/AAR)、CK-MB值。结果与I/R组相比,CPOC组和RPOC组室性心律失常评分值、IA/LV和IA/AAR比值、CK-MB值均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论 RPOC可以明显降低大鼠心梗后再灌注时的室性心律失常发生率、心肌损伤程度和梗死范围,具有与CPOC相当的心脏保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effects of noninvasive limb ischemic postconditioning during reperfusion in acute myocardial infarction rats.Methods All wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups(n=15 in each group):(1)Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(I/R);(2) Coronary artery ischemic postconditionng(CPOC);(3) Remote postconditioning(RPOC).We recorded the incidence rate of ventricular arrhythmogenesis(VA) during reperfusion,and measured myocardial area at risk(AAR)、myocardial infarcted area(IA)、IA/AAR、MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase(CK-MB) after 3 h of reperfusion.Results VA、IA、IA/AAR、CK-MB were significantly less in RPOC and CPOC as compared to I/R(P0.01).Conclusion The noninvasive limb ischemic postconditioning during reperfusion could reduce the incidence rate of arrhythmogenesis and prevent myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
