网上银行是信息技术发展和金融电子化的产物,是商业银行等金融机构通过互联网等基础设施向客户提供金融服务的一种重要信息系统。《网上银行系统信息安全通用规范(试行)》(简称人行19号文),是中国人民银行为规范各银行业金融机构的网银安全保障体系建设而专门发布的指导性文件。旨在以人行19号文的思想为指导,利用先进成熟的安全技术手段,借助各种功能强大的安全防护和辅助工具,并依托长期以来积累的丰富经验,达到提高网银系统整体安全能力的最终目标。
Online banking is the development product of information technologies and financial electronics.Commercial banks and other financial institutions provide financial services with online banking.And＂Online Banking Information Systems Security Common Standards（Trial Implementation）＂,that is,BC Document 19,is published by the People＇s Bank to regulate the information security work of online banking.With advanced security technologies and other powerful security protection measures and tools,and strict adherence to the Document 19,the overall security capability of online banking system can be certainly improved.
