摘要
患者男，47岁。因“发现右大腿包块5个月余”于2010年4月8日入院。体检：右大腿前内侧可扪及6．0cm×7．0cm×12．0cm大小包块，质地坚韧及活动度差，表面光滑，无明显压痛，双下肢等长，下肢活动，感觉正常。
