水平移动式抛丸机设计与实验

Design and test of horizontalmobile shot blasting machine

针对移动式抛丸机应用中存在的问题,以实际课题为依托,简述一种水平移动式抛丸机的组成及原理,设计了抛丸机的关键部件抛丸器的结构并确定了相关参数。实验证明,该机在使用中抛打效果好,结构简单可靠,性能稳定,具有推广价值。

Aimed at eliminating the problems occurring in the application of mobile shot blasting ma- chine, this paper, building on the ongoing research project, features a brief description of the composi- tion and principle about horizontalmobile shot blasting machine, design of the structure of its crucial ele- ment, and determination of its relevant parameters. The experimental results show that the machine ex- hibits a more effective throw, simpler and more reliable structure, more stable performance, and wider application.
