亚温处理的稀土中锰铸钢在湿磨态下的耐磨性能研究

摘要 对稀土复合变质、多元微合金化的中锰铸钢采用亚温处理,以求硬度和韧性的最佳匹配。经pH5 、pH7 、pH10 酸碱值砂浆的试样磨损试验表明,稀土能增强材料耐蚀性和抗氧化性。在湿磨态下。 For optimal coordination of hardness and toughness,intercritical heat treatment has been used for RE compound modified and multi elements microalloyed medium Mn steel castings.It has proved that RE modification can improve properties of corrosive and oxygen resistance of such material in pH5,pH7,pH10 aid or basic mud containing sand.Under the condition of wet wear,the service life of RE medium Mn steel castings by intercritical heat treated is obviously longer than that of high Mn steel.
