腹腔镜阑尾切除术中两种方法处理阑尾根部的对比分析

Comparison of two methods in dealing with appendix root during laparoscopic appendectomy

目的对比分析腹腔镜阑尾切除术可吸收夹与腔内丝线结扎处理阑尾根部的优缺点。方法同期122例腹腔镜阑尾切除术随机分为可吸收夹法及腔内丝线结扎法处理阑尾根部两组,每组61例,并对其临床资料进行对比分析。结果 122例手术均成功完成,无并发症发生,可吸收夹处理阑尾根部较腔内丝线结扎法手术时间短(P<0.01),但住院费用高(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜下可吸收夹法及腔内丝线结扎法处理阑尾根部都是安全可靠的,术者选择哪种方法处理阑尾根部要根据患者的经济状况、阑尾根部的具体情况及术者的腔镜下操作的熟练程度而定。

Objective To compare advantages and disadvantages of absorbable clips and silk ligation in dealing with appendix root during laparoscopic appendectomy（LA）.Methods Totally 122 cases of laparoscopic appendectomy（LA） at the same period were divided randomly into silk ligation group and absorbable clips group（n=61）.The clinical data were analyzed.Results The operations of 122 cases were all completed successfully with no complications being observed.Shorter operation time（P〈0.01） and higher hospitalization cost（P〈0.01） were found in absorbable clips group.Conclusion Both absorbable clips and silk ligation are safe and reliable in dealing with appendix root.Patient＇s economic status,doctor＇s operating skills and specific condition of appendix root should be taken into consideration when choosing the surgical method.
