幽门螺杆菌感染与胰腺疾病关系的研究进展

Advances in Studies on Relationship between Helicobacter pylori Infection and Pancreatic Diseases

幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)是人类最常见的致病菌之一,与胃炎、消化性溃疡和消化道肿瘤的发生密切相关。近年研究发现,H.pylori感染与胰腺疾病的发生亦存在某种联系。本文就近10年对H.pylori感染与自身免疫性胰腺炎、急性胰腺炎、慢性胰腺炎、胰腺癌等疾病关系的研究进展作一综述。

Helicobacter pylori （H. pylori） is one of the most frequently seen pathogenic bacteria in human beings and plays important roles in the pathogenesis of gastritis, peptic ulcer and digestive system tumors. Recent studies suggest that there are some correlations between H. pylori infection and pancreatic diseases. This article reviewed the advances in studies on relationship between H. pylori infection and autoimmune pancreatitis, acute pancreatitis, chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer in recent 10 years.
