摘要
利用Al2(SO4)3 分解反应所制备的多元增强铝基复合材料,其中Al2O3 和SiC 颗粒和基体结合良好,分解的SO3 对SiCp/ Al 复合材料熔体进行精炼、除气,试样中没有发现气孔、团聚、集聚、偏析,克服了传统搅拌铸造所带来的铸造缺陷,解决了回收利用重熔过程中的吸气、精炼问题;从而为颗粒增强铝基复合材料走向实用化打下了基础。
In situ Al 2O 3 decomposed from Al 2(SO 4) 3 and SiCp reinforced aluminium matrix composites was fabricated through stirring cast by adding Al 2(SO 4) 3 and SiCp to the molten alloy SO 3 decomposed from Al 2(SO 4) 3 may refine and remove the gas from the molten composites as a result, Al 2O 3,SiCp and matrix bonded well, no cast defects were found,such as gas hole,porosity and particles segregation the composites It provides a basic way of making reinforced aluminium matrix composites in industrial that can make use of SO 3 to refine and remove the gas from the molten composites
