摘要
在满足型芯砂性能要求的前提下,充分发挥粘结剂的粘结效率是降低覆膜砂发气量,防止铸件产生与气体有关的缺陷,降低铸件成本,提高生产效益的关键;研究了表面处理工艺对覆膜特种砂强度、发气性及溃散性的影响;结果表明,对原砂进行表面处理可以提高粘结剂的粘结效率,提高覆膜砂的强度,减少树脂加入量,降低发气量。
It is the key to reducing gas evolution of precoated sands, preventing defects associated with gas from forming and driving cost of castings down, and obtaining higher efficiency of production for bringing adhesive agent into play completely. The effect of surface treatment of non silica base sand on the strength,gas evolution and breakdown of precoated sands has been investigated in the present work. The results have shown that the precoated sands with low resin content, high strength, and low gas evolution can be obtained by surface treatment.
