摘要
研究了化学成分对金属陶瓷硬度和抗弯强度的影响,结果表明,Mo含量在15%、WC含量在10%时硬度最高;随WC加入量的增加.抗弯强度呈现单调增加的趋势;组织中加入NbC、TaC时.随加入量的增加.抗弯强度呈单调下降趋势。
The effect of chemical composition on the hardness and bending strength of Ti(C,N) based cermets has been studied. The results have shown that the cermets containing 15% molybdenum and 10% tungsten carbide has the highest hardness ralue. With the increase of content of tungsten carbide .the bending strength increases monotonically. However,with the in-crease of NbC,TaC and (Nb,Ta)C.the bending strength decreases continuously.
