摘要
研究了一种B-S共修强化新工艺,试验结果表明,渗B模具的使用寿命比未渗B模具提高10多倍,B-S复会渗又比单-渗B模具提高50%-100%。与原T10A钢制比,YE50合金寿命提高40-50倍.
A new process of surface boronizing and sulphurating is developed. The experiment shows that the service life of boronizing dies is increased by ten times compared with nonboronizing die and increase of 5O%~lO0% is obtained for boronizing sulphurating dies compared to dies with only boronizing in comparison with Tl0A steel forging dle -the life of die made of YE5O steel bonded carbide is up 4O~50 times.
