摘要
目的建立了一种稳定性好、易于复制的大型动物肝移植模型.方法健康雄性成年日本大耳白兔40只,供体兔随机分为两组,A组:供肝保存时间<2 h,B组:兔移植模型供肝保存时间延长至>4 h,完成白兔同种异体背驮式肝移植.结果手术成功率85.0%,A组兔的中位生存时间:16.0 d;B组的中位生存时间:6.4 d.结论兔改进的背驮式肝移植模型具有标准化程度及手术成功率高、重复性和稳定性好的优点,是大型动物肝移植系列研究的理想动物模型.
Objective To establish a stable and replicable large animal model of liver transplantation. Methods Forty Adult male Japanese white rabbits, weighing (3.0 ±0.5) kg, the donor rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups, A group: graft preservation time was less than 2 hours, B group: graft preservation was time more than 4 hours. The rabbit liver transplantation was completed according to allograft piggyback. Results The surgical sueeess rate was 85.0%. The median survival time of rabbist in A group was 16.0 days; but that of rabbist in B group was 6.4 days. Conclusion Rabbit improved piggyback liver transplantation model is a stable model which is easily copied and is a large ideal animal model of liver transplantation.
