摘要
目的探讨CDK2、p27kip1蛋白与宣威地区非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung Cancer,NSCLC)生物学行为的关系.方法免疫组织化学法检测宣威和非宣威地区非小细胞肺癌患者的癌组织和正常组织(距癌组织边缘距离>5 cm)CDK2、p27kip1蛋白的表达.结果 CDK2蛋白在癌组织中的表达主要位于胞浆.CDK2在宣威腺癌组织中表达最高,明显高于CDK2在宣威鳞癌、非宣威鳞癌、非宣威腺癌以及正常肺组织中的表达(P<0.05);CDK2在宣威鳞癌中的表达也高于其在非宣威鳞癌中的表达(P<0.05);CDK2在非宣威腺癌中的表达高于其在非宣威鳞癌和非宣威正常肺组织中的表达(P<0.05);但CDK2在非宣威鳞癌中的表达与其在正常肺组织中的表达无统计学差异(P>0.05);CDK2蛋白在癌组织中的表达与临床分期及组织分化程度无关(P>0.05);与淋巴结转移有关;与实验组的病理类型有关,实验组腺癌组织的表达高于对照组腺癌组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).p27kip1蛋白的表达主要位于胞浆;p27kip1在不同地区(宣威或非宣威),不同病理类型(腺癌、鳞癌)肿瘤组织中的表达均无统计学差异(P>0.05);P27kip1在正常肺组织中的表达明显高于其在肿瘤组织中的表达(P<0.05);p27kip1蛋白的表达与临床分期、组织分化程度及病理类型无关(P>0.05),与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05).CDK2蛋白的表达与p27kip1蛋白的表达呈负相关(P<0.05).结论 CDK2蛋白在宣威癌组织的表达高于非宣威癌组织;CDK2在非宣威腺癌中的表达高于非宣威鳞癌和正常肺组织;CDK2蛋白和p27kip1蛋白在癌组织中的表达与淋巴结转移有关.CDK2蛋白在癌组织中的表达与p27kip1蛋白的表达呈负相关.
Objective To explore the relationship between the expressions of CDK2 and p27kipl protein and biological behavior of non small cell Lung cancer in Xuanwei. Methods Immuneohistochemical method wasused to detect the expressions of CDK2 and p27kipl protein in lung cancer tissues and normal pulmonary tissues of patients with non small cell lung cancer in Xuanwei and non-Xuanwei regions. Results The expression of CDK2 protein was situated in endochylema in cancer tissues. The expression of CDK2 protein was the highest in Xuanwei adenocarcinoma tissues and was higher than that in Xuanwei saqumouscarcinoma, non Xuanwei saqumouscarcinoma, non Xuanwei adenocarcinoma, and normal tissues (P 〈 0.05). The expression of CDK2 protein in Xuanwei saqumouscarcinoma tissues was higher than that in non Xuanwei saqumouscarcinoma tissues (P 〈 0.05). The expression of CDK2 protein in non Xuanwei adenocarcinoma tissues was higher than that in non-Xuanwei saqumouscarcinoma and normal tissues (P 〈 0.05). But the expression of CDK2 protein in non-Xuanwei saqumouscarcinoma tissues had no statistical difference with that in normal tissues (P 〉 0.05 ). The expression of CDK2 had no correlation with clinical stage and the differentiation (P 〉 0.05). The expression of CDK2 protein had a correlation with lymph node metastasis and histopathology type in the experimental group (P 〈 0.05). The expression of CDK2 protein had significant difference between adenocarcinomas in the experimental group and adenocarcinomas in the control group (P 〈 0.05). The expression of p27kipl protein was situated in endochylema of cancer tissues in the experimental group and control group. The expression of p27kipl protein had no differences beween differenct regions (Xuanwei and non Xuanwei) and different pathologic types. The expression of p27kipl protein in normal lung tissues was higher than that in lung cancer tissues (P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of p27kipl had no correlation with clinical stages, the differentiation and histopathology type of non small cell lung cancer (P 〉 0.05), but had correlation with lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.05 ). There was a negative correlation between the expressions of CDK2 and p27kipl protein (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The expression of CDK2 protein in cancer tissues of patients in Xuanwei is higher than that in non-Xuanwei regions. The expression of CDK2 protein in adenocarcinoma tissues of patients in non Xuanwei regions was higher than that in saqumouscarcinoma and normal tissues in non Xuanwei regions. The expressions of CDK2 and p27kipl proteins have correlation with lymph node metastasis. There is negative correlation between the expression of CDK2 and p27kipl proteins in lung cancer tissues.
