摘要
目前，有关人工耳蜗植入（cochlear implantation，CI）相关的文章很多，涉及面很广，由于手术精度要求高、费用昂贵及关键环节处理技巧高，所以临床医师必须掌握相应的耳科学、听力学和人工耳蜗知识、丰富的耳显微外科手术经验及具备良好心理素质。作者根据实践体会和复习文献，就10年来我院开展CI的几个问题进行再思考，并与同道共享。
