表面活性剂经复配后使其沸点高于金属液的使用温度，与卤系盐的助镀剂合用，能减少金属液表面的氧化皮和气体夹杂，降低表面张力，增加流动性。改善了固液界面的润湿性和镀层形成时金属液的铺展漫流性能，提高产品质量，降低金属的损耗。

Compounded surfactants which boiling points are higher than using temperature of liquid metal were used with fluxing agent of haloids.They can reduce oxides films and gaseous inclusion,lower surface tension,increase flow ability on the surface of liquid metal,improve the infiltration of liquid solid phase boundary and free flowing ability of liquid metal on surface of work piece and the quality of products,reduce the loss of nonferrous metal.
