摘要
通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪研究了铸态Fe2B在500℃液锌中的腐蚀行为。发现铸态Fe2B主要发生晶间腐蚀和溶解腐蚀,腐蚀产物为Fe2B、Fe3BO6和Zn(BO2)2。其中晶间的α相是液锌腐蚀的主要路径,液锌对Fe2B晶粒发生均匀溶解腐蚀。
The corrosion behavior of as-cast Fe2B in liquid zinc at 500 ℃ was studied by SEM and XRD.The results show that the intercrystalline corrosion and dissolving corrosion are main corrosion types.The corrosion products are Fe2B,Fe3BO6 and Zn(BO2)2.The α-phase in Fe2B grain boundary is eroded and Fe2B is slowly dissolved in liquid zinc.
