摘要
在氩气保护下,采用搅拌铸造法制备了化学包覆镍碳纳米管(Ni-CCNTs)/AM60复合材料,测试了铸态条件下复合材料的高温力学性能,并对微观组织和断口形貌进行观测和分析。结果表明:Ni-CCNTs/AM60复合材料具有良好的高温力学性能,在拉伸速度为1 mm/min以及温度为150℃时其抗拉强度达132.77 MPa;当碳纳米管含量过多时,会因团聚而影响复合效果,该复合材料高温性能急剧下降;复合材料的断裂形式由韧窝和撕裂棱组成,其断裂特征更趋向于韧性断裂。
Ni-coated carbon nano-tube(Ni-CCNTs)/AM60 composite was fabricated by stirring casting method.High temperature mechanical properties of the composite were tested and the fractograph morphology was observed by SEM.The results show that Ni-CCNTs/ AM60 composite has good mechanical properties at high temperature.When the tensile rate is 1 mm/min,the tensile strength of the composite is up to 132.77 MPa at 150 ℃.But the high temperature mechanical properties fall down with the addition of Ni-CCNTs.The fracture mode of the composite mainly consists of quasi-cleavage crack,dimple and tear edge,which show the feature of gliding fracture.
