摘要
本文阐述了高温合金在钢坯加热炉中的实际应用钢铁研究总院研制的ISCo-20,ISCo-22,ISCo-40,ISCo-50,ISCo-52钻合金系列已先后应用于太钢、宝钢、武钢、昆钢、湘钢、大冶钢厂及大连钢厂等热轧厂钢坯加热炉中,合金性能均高于目前同类合金水平后又研制了无钻镍基高温合金ISW-5和ISW-50,这是炉用粘合金较好的替代品,也已应用于钢坯加热炉中。
This paper is concerned with practical application of superalloys in slab and block heatingfurnace. The alloy series of ISCo-20, ISCo-22, ISCo-40, ISCo-50 and ISCo-52 have been developed byus and used in the heating furnaces in the hot rolling mills at Taiyuan-, Baoshan-, Wuhan-, Kunming-,Dayed-and Dalian-Steel Works e.g..The alloy properties are totally super than that of the presently usedalloys. Recently, nickel superalloys without cobalt, marked ISW-5 and ISW-50, as good substitute forfurnace-used cobalt alloys were developed and used in heating furnaces successfuly.
